About the session
Through this talk we will open up Addaction’s journey of using design and digital to shift our service model. We’ll talk about starting small, having success with a design sprint resulting in implementing online referrals and bookings for mental health services. We’ll show how we moved from this first success to beginning the journey of wider organisational change, through design.

2. Behaviour change services are not linear transactions, they solve complex, intertwined problems and require a different approach
