Many agencies and consultancies now preach customer centricity and practice 'design thinking'. However, clients receive many great presentations, journey maps and personas, but struggle to bring brilliant ideas to life.
As design thinkers, we forget that the client is also our customer, and the design process must be applied to the design of the business and the relationship.
At EY-Seren we call this Business Design. Together, Business Design and Service Design make two sides of the process that brings sustained and successful change to our clients and their businesses.
During this 1.5 hour workshop explore the similarities and differences between Service and Business Design, and understand how to make them work together. In a collaborative session apply the approach of EY SEREN to explore (and resurrect) the commercial fails of some great designs.
