During the festival, Virtusa held an inspiring event for service design pioneers to aid them in making their own manifesto. They've made their slide deck freely available - check it out!
Their team is one to follow. They sponsored us by letting us camp out in their offices in the run up to the festival, and gave us balloons on the last day - that counts as exceptionally welcoming in our book.
