This year we’ll be looking at Service Design in times of uncertainty. Join us on the 24th and 25th of October 2019.
Our theme this year came out of the irrefutable reality of uncertainty, whether you’re talking about the political climate or climate change, a growing crisis in both the natural and urban worlds, and preparing for an unclear future as a business or an individual.
JOIN THE DISCUSSION
We received over 80 submissions for this year’s festival. We will soon publish the programme for 2019.
OUR KEY THEMES
We're in a climate emergency. We would like to hear your thoughts and ideas around engaging service design thinking to tackle climate change and ensuring a more sustainable world.
Business become increasingly aware of service design and the impact it can have. However, service designers find it difficult to implement and encourage organisational change. We are interested in hearing about practical examples of creating positive change within organisations and better working with business structures to shape new ways of going forward.
Being fringe has its responsibilities. New perspectives are born every second and this festival is here to shed some light on some of them. Feel free to propose your own theme and submit a proposal.
We’ll do our best to meet your needs
